14 Inch Rallye Wheel Trim Rings

Does anyone know where we can get a set of new trim rings for the original 14 inch rallye wheels on our 71 Demon? Two of them have some curb rash...

I saw some in the paddock catalog. I was just offered a set of 1971 Dodge Dart Rallye wheels in the 14 inch for my 1964 Dodge Dart. I am trying to decide what size tires I should run. My car does not have power steering therefore, I do not want to go too wide, any ideas?
