This is a VERY nice horn ring with exc chrome (polished a few years back) and a bright red center cap. I've seen these on 67 Barracudas and 67 Plymouth b-bodies (but couldn't remember if they were also on 66 b-bodies). I seem to remember seeing them on a couple of late 66s. If I was going to use this, the only thing left to do would be to tape off and respray the black areas. Located in Sacramento area, CA. $45/BO + SH.

Re: payment. I'm seeing folks charge 3% for using Paypal (which I understand). Years ago, we use to send payment as a gift so there would be no charge to anyone. I am fine with that but if it's sent through regular Paypal channels, please add the 3%. Your choice. Thnx.

That's an earlier ring. The 66-7 is similar but 3 spokes and totally different

Pretty sure that's a 65 Belvedere or Satellite horn ring. 66 did not have the fluting in the center area.
 
66 valiant would have had a V in the center. 67 is the first year valiant did not use the V logo and started using the Plymouth rocket logo. i agree Belvedere or satellite.
