70's custom van craze everyone was doing crushed velvet interiors. Then to the cars. Looks like the door panels are also done in it

Nice lace paint job and some gold leaf lettering to finish it off

there is a lot of adjustment, and if your belt is a little small , that's what it ends up looking like.
