Hello, I have lurked on here for awhile and finally made some progress on my turbo build. I would like to say thank you to everyone for sharing all of your projects, the wealth of information and innovation is great to pull ideas from.
My project is a 1969 Dodge Dart GT, the turbo is an ebay GT45.
Dropping the old K with the 340.
Trying to make things fit.
Assembling the new HDK.
Turbo Bracket and T4 flange.
Turning U-bends into the hot side.
Building the Y-pipe.
Cutting in the wastgate.
Ready for ceramic coating.
Hughes custom hydraulic roller, 228 dur, 550 lift 116 degree lobe separation.
No change in the pistons, forged 10.2/1.
Ready for assembly.
Intake Build.
Ready for install.
Down pipe.
So this is where I am at, car was running E85 on my old Haltech computer. On my way to the dyno shop, the ECU died so I will be installing the FAST XFI 2.0 soon.
