I've done some searching but nothing has gave me much of an answer on this. What would be the correct black paint to use for this panel? I would assume organisol like other tail light panels but I've been wrong before. I figure it's probably the same for the black on the grill as well?

Not organisol, just a satin black. Don't know the exact terminology but that is what a guy who restores these for me said.
