1971 Duster AM Radio help needed

I am installing the original AM radio in my 1971 Duster and I have a vision problem I am looking for the plug that the speaker wire from the radio goes to ... Is there a plug? or does it plug directly on to the speaker? Thanks in advance

If there's no fader, the speaker should be directly above on top of the dash............
