1972 Mexican Dart

-
Bet it has a mexican title and try to get one in the US,good luck.:eek:ops:](*,)

I think I would probably buy that if it was local. That's a give-away price, and as far as the registration......"if there's a will, there's a way". I've already seen quite a few Mexican Ramchargers driving around my area.

Like the Charger style roof line. Sure looks like,a T.J. paint & upholstery job.....

I wonder how the Mexican factory made that roof line, looks like its still a stock 74 up dart....

Other South American countries (namely Brazil) used that same roof line.

I've never seen one without a vinyl top, though.

On some pics you can see a bodywork line where the buttress was added.

I'd jump on it for that price!

US nationality- 5

Mexican nationality- 17

Total Tijuana upholstery. 51st ave and encanto explains why. Cool though.

heres pics of it

...speedo in kms..gotta love that...I would have traded you just awhile back..

It's different, but I really don't like the rear roof sails. I think the American Swinger roof line is better looking.

The rear roof sails looked good on the Chargers, and on the GTO's and Tempest, I'm not liking them on the dart body, though. Perhaps, it make the trunk line look too short. Disproportionately short, to my eye.

I suppose there is the collectible side to it though, it is pretty rare.

I kinda like the rear roof sails. They're different.

Is that a flag holder on the bumper?

Wonder if the brakes are the same as US models.

That hub certainly is not.

What happened between the ad pic and the trailer pics?
That's a LOT of difference.

has the weird little flag holder deals on all 4 corners of the bumpers, not sure on brakes or hubs has a slant 6 and 7 1/4 in it, weoirder yet has an auto column in it yet has 3 pedals and the plate welded on the frame rail for the clutch support even has the ball stud still in it :glasses7:

what did the ad pics look like? i hadnt seen an earlier ad than the one i got it from this week :banghead:
