Hi, I'm listing my 81' D150 for sale. Buying a new tractor or wouldn't even consider selling this truck. It has 43,000 miles and has always been in Southern California. Still has the Long Beach, California dealer license plate frames on it. It has it's original slant six engine with 4 speed overdrive trans. Mostly original paint and 99.9% rust free. I lowered the truck with van lower arms, offset bushings in the upper arms, new Bell Tech shocks and a new sway bar. I was able to get street performance alignment specs out of this set up. For the rear I did an axle flip and installed new air shocks incase I wanted to haul something. Works great and no c-notch. Truck rides fantastic. Just did a 1000 mile trip from Southern California to Tucson for Duct Tape Drags with zero issues. The bed speaks for the amazing condition this truck is in and it's nearly impossible to find them like this. The cab floors look just like the bed floor, original paint and no rust. I put a real nice factory carpet kit in. I just installed a really nice stereo system. I installed a Alpine head unit, Kicker 6 1/2" door speakers, Pioneer Amp and install kit, and 10" Solo Baric sub with matching enclosure behind the seat. Sounds amazing!! I bought the correct rear factory bumper brackets and installed a new chrome bumper with new chrome bolts from LMC. Tires and wheels are new, 17x8 US Steel wheels with custom brackets to mount center caps. Tires are Nitto 275/50-17 rear and 255/50-17 front. Aluminum shell is rare, original to the truck and in amazing condition. Truck is turn key. Asking $15k the way it sits. I can work on the price if I keep the 17's and put the factory 15's with original caps back on which have new tires. I can adjust the price if I keep the shell as well.
