3 Wire Wipermotor ?????

Hi Guys.
The motor has nr 2822963 for 66-67 AB Variable early White SW plate as i under stand.
Only 3 wires. cant figure out howe to put the wires. Red +12v. Blue +12v constant so it will go to park. Brun +12v to get it going full time.The switch and bulhead conector is as the
wiring diagram but it should be a 4 wire motor. any help would be nice.

The push to wash feature uses a brown wire to that pump motor.. So switch and bulkhead would have a brown wire that the wiper motor doesn't require.

all the wiring to the switch and bulkhead is there and on the correct playses acording to my servicemanual.
