340/360 motor mount driver side option?

ok maybe someone has tried this. ive been looking for a drivers side mount to put a 360 in my 68 318 barracuda. the drivers side is different between a 318 and 340/360 i know. from what i can tell the drivers side mount on a s/6 and v8 k member is in the same location according to info on the internet. so my question has anyone bought the trans dapt 4695 kit for a 340/360 to s6 k member and just used the drivers side mount on a v8 k member???

Shumaucher sells a mount bracket for this. I used one in my Barracuda drag car.
Had to call them direct, not listed online. Cost me around 70.00.

What pishta said. The right bracket is handy, but far from required.

unfortunately on a 68 318 driver side mount the one rear attaching point is in line with the lower bolt hole and on this 79 360 it only has one rear lug that is in line with the upper mount holes...at that point i would have to weld a 3/8" pc of bar stock to it and drill holes.

Gotcha. I think the later 318 brackets use the same pattern as the 360 mount. It looks like the '68 318 uses the 273 styler (earlier) deal.
