360 oil pan ????/

I'm in the process of installing an 1984 360 engine in my 65 Dart factory 273 car. Engines was in a truck,changed truck oil pan to a car pan, don't know what kind of car it came from. Went to set engine in and the pan interfered with the steering linkage,would not fit within the area that its supposed to .Is there more than one type of car pan for 360? What pan do i need to get this finished. thanks for any help. thanks,

I had to put a dent in the 360 pan when I put it in my 66 to clear the link at full turn.

just know that a 318 pan wont fit a 360
