360 to replace 273

-
Update... I now have the proper oil pan and pickup installed as well as exhaust manifolds. I decided to cheap out (for now) and use my 273 water pump, radiator, ps pump and original brackets for the alternator. The first problem I ran into was the different size of the bypass hose. The 360 uses a bigger one but I think I can adapt to it. The next problem is that I cannot use the 273 crankshaft pulleys or the fan pulley. the crank has at least one bolt offset on the 360. So if I use the 360 pulleys I have to get a longer belt for the alternator which is not problem but the power steering belt is the wrong width so I don't know what to do there. I suppose I could just use a skinny belt for the power steering but it may slip. Any suggestions?
