The spring off a standard set is not the same spring and they are really hard to come by.Without the spring is how I purchased them years ago. I would say the prior owner likely used a them with a hydraulic clutch however, if you wanted the pedals and needed the spring I may have one that you are more than welcome to have. I would have to check to be certain.
Such is true but you need the spring if you use a real clutch. Not to muddle. Just trying to pass information. Usually the spring goes away when using a diaphragm style clutch. GLWS.

So far? I'm liking my Centerforce diaphragm style clutch? First time trying this model. Its big. And we'll see if they do last longer? They are supposed to be tighter at higher Rs? Thus disc is too supposed to last longer? I've changed my share of Borg & Beck styles.Such is true but you need the spring if you use a real clutch.
I am quite familiar with the differences. Hard to come by? So you’re saying there is a market for the ones that I have and I can basically name my own my own price? Thanks for the heads up, I will certainly consider this. The spring off a standard set is not the same spring and they are really hard to come by.

Bearings vs bushings on pedal pivotsI did not realize that there is both a light and heavy duty version of the pedals. What is the difference between them?
Im not getting my head around why this spring is removed? I can see where it may not be needed. Thus just wasted push needs. But I have read some posts that it can hurt the clutch?I am quite familiar with the differences. Hard to come by?
