4-Speed Shifter Plate Screws?

I was going to order these Flat Head Allen Screws (or what you call them), and since I need them a bit longer than the originals, I want to make sure I get it right.
3/8-16 x 2" is what I need, and the Countersink Angle is standard 82 degree, for most of these type screws? Right?

Just what I thought, because there is no application for the two inch, as far as I know.
