This rotating assembly was just removed from great running show car, upgraded with stroker kit. Crank is un-ground, original with stock 440 bearing sizes/stroke. Non-factory drill holes on counter weights for balancing.

Light weight, forged .030” over SRP Pistons (702 grams, 2.062” compression height) have less than 900 miles and are currently $724 new from Summit. Compression ratio was 10.1 to 1 in my 80 cc compression chamber 440 and normal .039” Felpros. Forged steel crank and rods are from 1971 Chrysler 300 (appears drilled to accept 4 speed). Assembly balanced at Cope Brothers Machine in Tacoma, WA. Two piston tops were easily cleaned in about 4 minutes (see photos). Rings could definitely be re-used due to low time/mileage and in spec ring gaps. Compression and leak down testing was good on all cylinders, but one compression ring was lost when used for test fitting to determine ring gaps (which were good). Parts will run fine “as is” but recommend a quick cleaning and possibly a crank polishing, and possibly rod big end rebuild (stock rod bolts). Will include used bearings and moly rings. No real carbon in ring grooves.

I would probably just polish crank, replace the bearings, remove the piston crown carbon, and run assembly “as is” in .030”, honed for moly rings, RB block. Engine held good oil pressure and never dropping below 25 psig at 650 rpm idle, @ over 200 degrees f, on stock oil pump, 15w40 oil. Stock rear main seal retainer did not leak and can include it. I used felpro seals with only RTV on the sides of the retainer, left seal halves un-clocked, and it did not leak.

Not looking to make any real money… just don’t want to see these good Moparts to go to waste. $586 OBO for everything. I’d prefer not to separate anything as it’s balanced assembly.

Parts Located Port Orchard, WA 98366. Can deliver in Seattle area. Prefer you estimate your shipping cost if not local. Flexible on type of payment. Could be mailed money order etc.
