440 main studs needed?

I'm building a 440 motor for the street with fordged Speed pro 10.35 pistons,, 452 heads, A mild cam (not sure specs yet) aluminum intake. .. can i use the factory existing bottom end main cap bolts or do i need to replace with ARP main studs?

As said, bolts will most likely be just fine for your build.

bolts are all you need, but studs are better. if u do get studs the mains will need align honed

Factory bolts would likely be fine. If you're going to do studs, I'd just go all the way and dump the factory caps and go aluminum or perhaps steel. Buy quality once, only cry once. S/F....Ken M
