440 with Holley carb wont idle

I have a 440 installed in a 68 Cuda drag car with a Holley carb the car will start but wont idle.
It seem like there are no vacuum hoses connected. I seem lost here the distributors vacuum is blocked and there does seem to be a choke. I think the carb is a double pumper.

Any help here guys would be fantastic

kind of need to know what holley carb it is ?
tell us about the engine...cam..intake...ignition system...and timing...what is the initial advance and total advance....

was it running b-4 ? Have you done anything to change a good runner to bad? I'd spray the carb base and manifolds to look for a leak first.
