Pulled the transmission out and apart today on the 64 barracuda. Was looking for the culprit of it popping out of 2nd gead on decel. Was pretty sure I knew what I was looking for, however found alot more than I was planning.
Looks like the gears are pitted pretty badly. Not all, but most of them. Pretty sure this is the death sentence, however was looking for opinions. Planning on bracket racing this thing, just for fun.
What do you guys think? Second gear's dog teeth? look pretty wasted as well.
