62 valiant Transmission question

I currently have a 62 Valiant Wagon with the original /6 and push button transmission. I am wanting to replace that with a V8 but keep the push button setup. My question is would it be possible to take a V8 model 904 transmission that is not a push button and swap all the parts from /6 to the V8 to make the V8 a push button Transmission.
Please let me know what you all know / think?

I havn't done it, but read where guys use an aftermarket cable setup from I believe Imperial Services. but you will have NO park. I also understand these cables are expensive, and a PIA to get from them, nd they no longer sell direct. other than that it is Mopar BLISS!??????

Yup, there is only one year/model of trans that would be a bolt in for that combination
1964 273 A Body 904.
I do have one listed on here.
