64 valiant grill into a 65 valiant

Anybody done that? I'm doing it now and its not quite a direct fit. Curious to see how other people did the mods to get it to fit. The outer 2 holes on the bottom of grill do not line up to holes in the car. The top 2 tabs on the grill are bent down and the car has horizontal mounting holes. Also the center bracket that mounts to the hood latch brace doesn't line up to any holes in the car.

I've done it, but it's been so long I don't remember the details. Don't remember it being much of a problem, though.

If the issue is just that some of the holes don't line up, then the solution, I would think, would be just to drill a few new holes.
