65 Barracuda steering wheel removal

Quick question, How do I remove the "V" center cap on my Cuda in order to get behind it and pull the wheel. I just don't want to break any plastic by prying at the wrong spot.

If you are referring to the center pad, it is removed by twisting counter clockwise.

yep, not just the plastic center piece, the metal center cap comes off. Hold the horn ring/steering wheel and turn that chromed cap about 15 degrees counter clockwise.
