Seller says: "Some genious stole the vin plate from the door jamb, the fender tag is still there." So, no title possible in Texas, not to mention the rear quarters and a locked up engine. OOhhhh, I don't THINK so....

It does sound like a good parts car though (especially if you could pick it up for $500-$600). Those seats and center console alone are worth approx. $400-$500 because they (well, the seats for sure) are the same as the b-bodies and they are sought after.
