67-69 Cuda fender beat up or rusty

Does anyone have a beat up or bad rusted 67-69 fender?

I need the top section only shown in this pic.I am not going to use this fender on my car,but would like to fix this one.I am not looking to spend too much money but I figure someone has to have a scrap fender laying around.

I do not need the whole fender.Only the top section where is antenna hole is drilled in this fender back.Note my antenna hole is in the wrong spot.

Nope can not do that.There is already a poor rust repair behind the hole and some rust on the lip where the fender bolts on.I wish it were that easy.The rest of the fender is pretty decent.
