67 barracuda center link hitting oil pan

I have a 67 barracuda that has a slant 6 engine (original according to vin#), the steering center link is hitting the oil pan, the center link seems to be of the drop style, it is not straight, I cannot figure out why this is happening any feed back would be great

Im guessing your motor mounts have collapsed from time and lowered your engine enough to rub.

Is it possible the center link is upside down?

Happened to me on a 71 RR I bought years ago.

Not sure if it's upside down, it drops toward the ground, I'll check the mounts, I'm also not sure if it is the original 225/6, are oil pans different between the cars and trucks engines, or years of engine
