This 67 radiator came from Tony Fields and I am concern it might be to tall, I don't have my hood on to check it, anyone have any experience with this ?
Thank you all so much

Sure looks it. Time for tape measure, paper and pencil.
When I've had to get replacement radiators, I've used cardboard to trace over the mounting flanges etc of the radiators and the openings. It helps when figuring when figuring out what's different.

And this - which is a 68 with 70 bottom tank.
IIRC the 70 tank is taller than the 68-9 tank so the core has to be shorter.

First try didn't fit.

Edited the post with the rest of the photos.
67 radiator is slightly different hant 68. It takes a one year only fan shroud. Should be able to make a good trade or cash with that one.

thank you for your insight on this , I will go out today and bolt it in and see how high it wants to set, this is a custom build radiator because the lower hose is on the passenger side like the later models, I hope it will work for me , if not I need to get started saving for an aluminum radiator.
Thank you Mattax

if its Glen Ray, he took that one back and changed it. I had to pay for shipping back but that's was all.
Good chance if its a combo radiator like he made for my 67 we found the 70 bottom tank or cores are a little taller than 67-9. He shortened the core and all was good.
I don't what differences there are between early-A and 67-69 As.

I have a 67-up radiator in my 66 valiant. I had to modify the mounting holes and mounted it almost resting on the bottom tank.
to get my hood to clear.

I'm watching this because I plan to do the same thing in the future...

Thank you, this helps ease my mind, I think once I do what @krazykuda did I should have plenty of room, thank you all very much.
