They appear to be stainless and yes, they made them out of aluminum as well.

yeah this is really a pretty nice set....not as good as show car but better than driver quality. They were too nice for my car but i really liked them

I see someone asked if they were stainless or aluminum, what material was used from the factory and are these reproductions?

they must be stainless. if they were aluminum they would have varnished. they dont have a clear coat on them and they are still shiny. They are factory original

the aluminum cap weighs 4.5 ounces
the stainless cap weighs 8.75 ounces
