Hello guys I have a couple days off work and my daughter and I are going to try to do a few things on her car this week, today we got a new starter put in it seems to be working much better than the original. So tomorrow we’re going to change the diff fluid does anyone know about how much the 7/1/4” sure grip takes? Also a friend recommended royal purple with the additive already in would this be ok? Also while the car is up in jack stands I inspected the u joints they seem to be fine rear seems ok too barely turn the drive shaft and wheels turn however out of the rear tail shaft there is slight side to side play is this ok ,it’s not leaking but maybe this is where the clunk comes from when putting it in reverse. Thanks for any tips guys!

You can use any brand name 80W-90 gear lube and Ford friction modifier additive. 65'
