I believe that's actually a '71 because the inner fins are black. '70 would have silver inner fins.

Possibly... Ma Mopar did funny things at the assembly line.
i own 2 darts bought new in the family. the jan..70 has silver the april 70 has black. Original grilles.
Advertising based off the 70 stamping.s on the grille back and lenses, bezels.
