I need the bellhousing-side ball stud/bracket assembly from a 1972 or newer Slant Six A- or F-body w/3- or 4-speed. It looks almost exactly like the V8 part, but the straight part of the shaft between the taper and bracket is around an inch long. 1971 & older won't work, nor will truck parts.
It looks like the one in the OP's photos in this thread, but his was for a V8. Picture that bracket with this ball stud:
The lower part of his bracket (bent, fourth hole with the bushing) isn't needed for my application; some brackets have it and some don't. I can use either one; The bolt pattern & it's relationship to the stud are what's important.
