The hood is already marked on the inside. Use the holes cut into the inner that are there for the access to the nuts . If you don't have access to a bushing with a hole in the center , Install a large 3/8 deep well socket in the hole where the studs/nuts would go in the inner. Use a 3/8 transfer punch through the socket and put a dimple up in the hood. This will give you center of the holes. Drill them with a 1/4 inch bit. Close the hood and set the scoop in the hole you drilled . Mark the two holes that still need to be drilled. Now drill all the holes 3/8 and your done.
