I am wanting to put Weld Pro Stars on my 73 Duster...not sure if I need 15 inch or 14 inch on the front...thought about 14 x 6 with 205/60
Is there a 15 inch rim that is a little narrower such as 5 inches wide that will work without rubbing? What tires size I am going to do some driving on the highway so really don't want the real skinny front runners. I plan to put 270/60 x 15 on the rear. Thanks....Tim

Check with Brian Kaplan. He is a member here who is one quite often. I'm pretty sure he can help you with this. Might find him and send him a PM.

This is what 15x8s with 4 1/2 back space on rear and 14x6s
on the front look on mine.

I have a 15x5 centerline on my duster and have no trouble with tire clearance. I'm running 165-80-R15 khumo radials. Wouldn't want to autocross with them, but for cruising, they're fine. I guess it depends what you want to use the car for.

It's a stock 8 3/4 rear. the rear tires in the pic are 255/60-15
and the fronts are 215/70-14. The only reason I went with this
setup was because of the tires were on the rallyes that I had
on the car. I still have the 255s on rims. But I also have a set
of 275/50-15s on another set of pro stars. I put a set of
205/70-14 back on the front to lower the front. I will still use
the 255s for long cruises. Good luck, Tim.
