73 Scamp Leaf Spring Plate

I was attempting to install new shock absorbers on the rear axle of my 73 Scamp this evening and despite using PB Penetrating Blaster Spray the stud broke under the pressure of turning the nut. @#%&! Can anyone recommend a parts supplier that might carry a new leaf spring plate? Also, I need to replace the leaf springs anyway, so if there is one supplier that might carry both parts I would appreciate the reference. Thanks...

I know hind sight is 20-20 but often a nut splitter is the tool of choice on stuff like that....
