I have the attached Hurst 4-speed Bent Stick shifter. Originally I thought it to be a early GM - But, in the cousre of selling it I am told that it is a early Dart or Duster with bench seat shifter and is somewhat rare. Can anyone help in the identification?

Looks like the one out of my Dart. I think it's the same shifter in just about all A bodys. Dave

That definately looks like a 68-71, A body 4 speed, as it has a clip for the top and not 2 bolts to attach the handle to the shifter mechanism, bench and bucket seats used the same, the console handle was different.

Yep, A-Body Bench Seat 4 spd. Shifter.

you ask what it worth... rare?? ha hardly... getting harder to find everyday, maybe.... go to Brewers and look at prices of rebuilt !! units and figure from there maybe..... I get totally blown away at people's idea of value, rareity, or whats it worth on here sometimes.. but I date back to the mop, raear and the 80's ! ha

Way to resurrect a 10 year old thread, guys!
But it has relevance today though..........
