I think this is the wiring and light for the A/C, climate control panel buttons, this lights up the climate control panel at night. I'm not sure what car(s) its for, I'm assuming its for any A-Body of this era, I may have picked this up for my 70 Dart from somewhere. Includes the bulb blue 'cover' for the correct lighting color at night.
I have not tested it, I dont have the car anymore, so I cant guarantee anything.
