a few questions relating to methanol

im looking to use methanol on my 318 stroker when i goto the drags
motor should put out 550hp with the new solid roller
currently run a 850dp race demon
i run a rci fuel cell
-8 an hose from tank to a holley hp 125 pump then -8 to a reg then -8 to the carb

i am thinking about getting a 950 dp set up for methanol
and draining the fuel and putting in methanol and swapping carb for the drags then draining the methanol and carb swap to fuel for the street. is it that simple??

is there anything i need to know when running methanol

Why not just run meth injection? Snow performance makes a kit so you dont need to swap carbs and drain fuel.
