Hi guys. I've got a 69 barracuda. We swapped for front disc brakes, helluva difference 8)
Now i've just got one issue! The brake lights work, but they don't come on until I'm braking pretty hard. Is there any way to adjust the switch? Or do you have to adjust the pedal up a little?
I want them to come on as soon as I start to brake, this car is my daily driver, and this could be a major safety issue, especially living in PA with the occasional NJ/NY drivers around! :-D:-D
Thanks in advance

Jon Look under the dash on the brake pedal arm. The switch can be adjusted very easy to make contact with the arm quicker.

I know where the switch is... maybe I'm being stupid here but please bear with me.. How do you go about adjusting it?
Thanks for your help btw!

The switch is mounted on a bracket ( atleast on the -67 cars) unbolt the bracket so that you´re able to adjust the switch forth or back.
