almost a mopar?

I am starting to look for a bad weather/winter car already. We don't drive the 63 in the snow and the 68 Valiant needs a bunch and will hopefully will sell to someone who wants a 2 door to work on. What do you know and think about the AMC Eagle. There is a nice wagon for sale, he is asking $2000 says it is in mint condition just needs some brake adjustments. I like the room for kids and cargo area for sports and musical gear. My car has always been a Dart or Valiant so I am in the dark. Thanks

amc's are a tough car, i run 3 amx spirits and they hold up very well, parts are cheap for common stuff, suspension, brakes.. etc. be better off with an eagle then a newer suv
