Me and wife saw american sniper movie great movie i read the book check it out!!
It was a good movie, but I had one problem with it. With a big Hollywood production like this, you would think they could at least find an actual baby and not have to use an obvious doll...
Because according to Michael Moore "snipers are cowards"
I also read a Rolling Stones article online that was freakin ridiculous.
Left wingers have gone as far as saying that Chris Kyle wasn't a hero but rather a psychopath.
Too many people confuse psychopath with warrior. In the movie he made it clear that he only killed to save the lives of his men. He said he can answer for ever kill. I may have also heard that he said he enjoyed it. This is what throws people off. I have never taken a human life and never want so I can't offer much insight into that. People think since he doesn't show a ton of remorse that he is a psychopath. What they fail to see is that he does actually have feelings. Like with the young kid and his wife and kids. Psychopaths have no feelings, they have no remorse for anything, they aren't capable of loving someone and they do anything and everything they possibly can to benifit themselves. Most psychopaths wear a suit to work not a bullet proof vest!

He's an idiot and one man only. Hardly describes an entire group of people.
Seems to me he mentioned two individuals as well as others that have alluded to him being a psychopath. This does describe a group of people as indicated by the many tweets and comments on facebook as well as articles written by people of that group denigrating or condeming Chris Kyle and those like him.
I know several liberals locally and they all liked the movie a lot. So, no it does not describe a whole segment of people. People either like it or not. Assuming liberals don't like it while conservatives do is stupid at best.
Rob I understand what you're saying. But on the other hand the vast majority, if not all, the ppl who make these comments are liberals. Saying that all liberals are like these ppl would be like saying all car ppl are stuck up pricks like some of the ppl at car shows.
I stated "a group" I didn't say "all" and that qualifies as a "whole segment of people" which isn't stupid just an obvious observation.
75slant6 is right. The majority (all) of the people that I've heard, or read about, ranting are a segment of the liberal group. I can't say I've heard anybody from the "right" that has said anything like what the people on the "left" have said. If I've missed it please show me who.
