I feel completely stupid asking this, but it has been too long since I took the motor mounts off of my 273 and I don't remember how they go back together. The question I have is does the bolt on the rubber mount go in the upper hole or the lower hole. Looked at the service manual cd I have but the pictures are worthless. Any recomendations on where a person can find an original hard print service manual (67 Dart)?
Thanks
Aaron

The 67 manual I have (Dodge) shows nothing for A body mounts. The 69 manual does, but ti's about worthless. The brackets go to the rear of the engine casting ears, and the mount pad has a small "bump" on one side next to the bolt. With the stud on the pillow down, the bump up, this bump aligns with the top hole in the engine brackets

Another deal. Make sure you install brackets on with the biscuit mount holes towards the front on each side.

What application would have engine mounts that would allow me to lower the center line of my engine. Not worried about rad alignment.
