Hi I got some 14"x7" rims with 5x4 lugs and a 4" back spacing. Will these be ok for my 66 dart? I'm looking to put 215/70/14's all around.

What car do you have? I have that same size on my demon right now.
 
That should fit. I just put 15x7 with 4" back spacing with P255/60/15 on my 68 dart with the small bolt pattern. Only had to trim about 3/8" from the lip. You're fine I think.
 
The wheels are plenty wide enough for the tire size. If your wheelwells and funds allow you could go bigger.
