Any pics of where the coil is mounted on the firewall in a 74 duster small block?

trying to find the holes for its original mounting position on the firewall. Pics would be a big help. Thanks.

I don't have any pictures, but I'm pretty sure it mounts on the intake manifold.

shitty pic from the internet but you get the idea..

This is a 1975 engine bay but as others have said, it’s mounted to the intake.

Maybe OP means the ignition box? I have seen them mounted on firewall, not sure if it is correct .

Even if I have an aftermarket manifold? I have an Edelbrock low-rise aluminum 4 bbl intake. I did see two threaded holes on the backside of the manifold that aren't being used. Could that be it? I'm not at the car atm, otherwise I would check it out.

There are no rules as to where you choose to mount the coil unless you are looking to display and compete in a judged car show.
You can modify a stock coil bracket to attach to a intake mounting bolt OR relocate the coil to the firewall or fender apron.
On my 383, I modified a bracket and put the coil in between cylinders 1 and 2.

Thanks everyone for your help! Finally got it mounted in the right place. Here is a pic of where it was hanging off of the firewall when I bought the car.
