Any tips or tricks on rad. prep for paint

Anybody have any tips or tricks for prepping the radiator for paint, the rad shop did a half #@@ job (IMO). And there is still some paint of the tanks, and the mounts, while in other spots on the mounts the paint is bubbled and comes right off with a brass brush.

Strip, self etch prime,paint 2 or 3 coats with John Deere semi gloss black. I haven't installed it and heat cycled it yet but it looks good. I used sand paper, a brash brush, some paint stripper and lacquer thinner to strip the paint. toolmanmike
