A few days late this year. Ill be in Tennessee this weekend, she can decorate to her hearts content.
Anybody got their Christmas tree up?

Yup. Lights only so far. We're doin the floor so we're still movin everything around.
Yep, ours went up on Saturday after Thanksgiving. We take our grandson to cut down a tree every year. Fun time.

Yeah. Finally. I'm sore in places I didn't know I had. We're almost done in the livin room, then on to the bedroom.

The good part is having the new floor. Eventually the hard work is in the rearview mirror, and your muscles recover.

We put ours up the weekend after Thanksgiving
For some reason it took another 2 weeks to get it decorated and i placed the first presents under it a few days ago
It was pretty funny to see my youngest, who is 5 and learning how to read, try and figure out who each present is for

That is awesome, love the woodstove. I miss my free standing woodstove, we have an insert in the new house.

No "full size" tree for us this year! We opted for several smaller trees throughout the house. Our daughter, and her husband, will be hosting Christmas this year in their new house.
