I have a 440 bored.030 over with a 509/292 purple cam in my Duster and I have a factory dist. with modified springs in it. I am looking to put a new dist. in it. I have a 6al MSD box. What would be your choice of a dist. for this application.

I would install a lean burn plate to stop any movement to the plate at higher rpm.You still have the advance working and now have a more stable signal,mrmopartech
I am looking to install a new dist. like a MSD or maybe one from 440 source. I just didnt know which one would be best.

can't get right
I went with the Pertronix ignitor 2, and the Second Strike ignition box. but they have since come out with the Ignitor 3 which I believe has the box built in the dist. I have been very happy with my setup and would by it again if given the choice. Check out there website and do a little research to help decide on whats best for you.
