I have 69 dart 318 it ran out of gas i put some gas in it sprayed the carb thousand times wont start put gas down it wont start fan cranks sound s like its about to start but doesnt the car ran fine before always started plz send me some ideas what it might be

might be the coil ?let me know

maybe drain float bowl. picked up water from bottom of tank.
