Want to acquire a rear sump oil pan and pickup + dipstick& tube for a 383 have center sump and pickup for trade or possibly purchase the rear sump Thanks Bob

'72-8 Pickup and Van is what you need. I have the dipstick, fitting, and tube for that setup but am out of the pans at the moment.

Dipstick and fittings ? Sump Mounted ? is there a model that has a passage in the oil pan that U can use the block entry? Thanks Bob

Other than an aftermarket pan, I'm not aware of any rear sump pans with an internal dip stick. The truck/van pan has a 90 degree fitting on the side of the pan and a long threaded tube. There are a variety of lengths depending on application. Some motorhomes have 6' dip sticks! I think the pickup ones were the shortest of that design. They have a strap that holds the upper end of the tube to the drivers side exhaust manifold.

i am assuming PM means Personal Message after PM where do U get the response ?
Do U stay on the person U PM site and wait or go somewhere else?
