Those are rare and expensive parts now so the best way to get out of that trap is to have a modern drive shaft made. There are some threads on this site about having a new drive shaft made to replace that set up.

Brewers has some limited parts to repair a ball and trunion driveshaft.

A Mopar friend who works at Oriley's told me they can still get rebuild kits for B&T driveshafts. I have the shaft from my cuda for a core if needed.
