Hey guys
A while ago I bought a "blackstone" 36 inch griddle
Great cooking top, but the grease trap is junk
It has a small trough on the front, but especially when cleaning it, stuff just runs over and out, over the knobs, down the stainless steel front, through my flip flops and onto my toes
They must know about this because they redesigned the top with a rear grease trap now...and I can get one for only $149.95
So rather then forking out that much, I decided to buy 4 foot of 1/8 inch, 1 inch wide flat stock and went to town
I still need to hit it with a flapper disc, and add a little pipe to the edge...I might even box in the end but I'm happy with it
It even holds water (insert milodon oil pan joke here)
