Bias ply!

So, my bias ply P195 75R14's are rotted out.
What is the max size tire I can fit on stock 1969 Dart rims?

You have bias ply tires with a metric size???

BTW the "R" in the size means radial.

14s are kinda hard to find these days.

I got a mom and pop tire store to order me some.

Yeah, if they are bias plys, their size would be P195/75-D14. Yup, metric bias ply tires were made for years. Still are.

The question still stands, and they are defiantly bias ply, because "bias ply" in molded into the rubber.

bigest trie available for a 14" wheel is 245-60-14 and would be fine on some factory steelies or rallyes. It is the size that was on the rear of my Duster with factory 14 inch rallyes

Ok then answer this question since yours "still stands". How the hell are we supposed to know which wheels you have? Can you give us a width?

I had 235-60-15 on 5.5 wide rallye wheels . Are your wheels plain steel or rallye , what width ?

I have 215/70B14's, 235/60B14's, and 275/60B14's on rally's. The 275's are huge and are sunk in about 4 inches.
