Biggest Copper rad for A body

What is the biggest 3 core copper rad i can put in my 71 duster in the stock location? where can i buy one. Do i buy one for a 383 cuda? the hole opening is 22-3/4 x 16-3/4. is this considered a 22" rad?

Looks like the only way to go here is a 22"x 17" core with 2 x 1.25" rows and put as much cfm of fan on it as possible.

How about goin to an aluminium one.
Are you overheating with current set up?

Yes that is a 22 inch radiator opening

whats the reason for copper, you can get alum pretty cheap these days, and good sized ones too. one of the members here is a champion dealer and I am sure would have good info on size...

Aluminum 26". Put in the biggest one that will fit in the frame rails.

Just ordered a 22" rad from Smiths radiator. aluminum with 2x2.25 rows.

I got my new Big block cooling parts this past week, and i am very impressed with the quality. I got a Smiths radiator, a CVR waterpump housing with a PRW impeller, robert shaw stat and 12 lb cap.
